They did an awesome job installing 7 new windows in our 60 year old home. The installers were very professional and courteous. We had some minor issues with the weather stripping and they promptly dealt with the issue to our complete satisfaction. We were very pleased with the service and price. The windows look great and with the triple panes we noticed a reduction in outside noise. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows!

We had a nonstandard sized window with a broken seal that needed replacement. Tom came and carefully explained all of the options with pictures and samples. We chose the triple-pane double-slider and are very happy we did. Although we had hoped for an earlier arrival, due to Covid and supply-chain issues, Tom's estimated timeline was very accurate. The team came when scheduled, worked quickly and efficiently. They clearly know their stuff. We are very happy with our window and the service that they provided.

Tom was great. I love my new windows took a little longer than expected but worth the wait... installers were awesome took about 6 hour to replace all the windows and a slider door... the windows make it feel brighter and definitely warmer in the house...

Brent did a great job of selling me 12 windows without pressuring me or wasting my time. On installation day he arrived a little bit early which was great and soon the installation team joined him. In 4 hours the windows were installed and my home was vacuumed and cleaned up. Brent stayed to clean the glass and make sure that I was happy. We found one small mechanical problem which he returned later to repair. I've had a lot of work done in my home over the years, and to find a courteous and trustworthy person and company to do the work hasn't always been my experience. Brent and window depot were a great experience and I recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors.

I don't think I've ever been more impressed with a contracting business than Window Depot USA of West Michigan! Tom went out of his way and drove the long distance to my cottage to help me order a new Provia storm door. He was very knowledgeable and kept good communication with me while my door was being made. His son drove back when it was ready and did an amazing job installing it. He was a perfectionist and very conscientious about his work...even cleaning the door and area where he worked. The door is perfect - just what I wanted. Whenever I need new windows I will return to Window Depot USA of West Michigan!

Windows Depot of West Michigan did a fantastic job replacing 5-100 year old windows with Provia windows. All the windows were installed in only 3 hours. They sealed everything really good. We have had some really high winds and there are no leaks. When they finished installing the windows, they cleaned up everything inside and outside. The 3 - man crew did a great job and were friendly and answered the couple questions I had. I highly recommend Windows Depot of West Michigan

Last fall (2021) we had Window Depot of West Michigan install seven slide-by windows in our four-season Sunroom. It’s made a big difference through the Winter months. That room used to be 2-3 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. With the Provia brand windows installed, that room’s temperature stays consistent compared to the rest of house, and there’s no need to run a space heater anymore. Also, with the old windows we had a problem with condensation when temperatures dropped below 20 degrees (we keep our humidity between 45-50%), the new windows solved this issue. Full disclosure: I have worked with Tom Oosterhouse over the years as a painter for his home remodeling and new construction business. I know Tom to be very meticulous, detail oriented and had complete confidence that his crew would be thorough and professional…We were not disappointed.
